Sock 'N' Knots

nico playingOkay... I yet again have to admit I was wrong. *grins* This is getting to be a habit. I honestly thought that this was the stupidest looking thing I'd ever seen. It's a fuzzy stuffed sock shaped toy. That's it! No bells, no whistles, no squeaks, no nothing. Just stuffed and fuzzy. I figured we had yet another item to give to Nibs (remember... she'll play with anything...). Well. Like I said. I was wrong. Boy was I wrong.

sock 'n' knots I don't know what it is about his Sock 'N' Knots, but Nico absolutely loves it. Maybe it is it's simplicity. Who knows. But whatever it is, this is one toy that is here to stay. *smiles*

I tried to get some pictures of Nico doing more than playing keep away with his Dad, but that was the only thing I could catch him staying still for long enough to snap a nico and his toypicture. Nico loves this thing. He'll play catch (or fetch), keep away, hide and go seek, tug of war, or just cuddle with his Sock 'N' Knots. No matter where he is, you know this silly fluffy red toy is near by.

Well... I realize this review hasn't been all that long. But I really don't know what else to say. Despite (or maybe it's because of) it's simplicity the Sock 'N' Knots is a great toy. You don't have to worry about cutting off any harmful pieces, like eyes and noses, yet it's made from the same cuddly soft fabric as many other stuffed critters that our babies seem to love so much. And with Christmas coming up I can't think of a better stocking stuffer than a stuffed sock, especially a red one. *smiles*

*shrugs* Whatever it is about this little toy it's definitely won Nico's seal of approval. It's a really fun little "sock". *grins*
